Ein Kunde der NAG, ein mittelst\u00e4ndischer Maschinenbauer, hatte das Problem, dass die St\u00fcckzahlen seines gr\u00f6\u00dften Abnehmers stark schwankten, w\u00e4hrend die eigenen Fixkosten weitgehend konstant blieben. Ein existenzielles Gro\u00dfrisiko f\u00fcr den Zulieferer. Die L\u00f6sung war eine Vertragsgestaltung, in der das Risiko auf den Abnehmer verlagert wurde: Der perfekte Vertrag. Die Kernidee besteht darin, alle Kostentreiber variabel zu gestalten, um sich gegen Risiken und Volatilit\u00e4ten abzusichern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Automobilindustrie gibt es bereits solche Vertragsmodelle f\u00fcr Rohstoffe, bei der Autohersteller und Zulieferer sich Gewinn und Risiko gleicherma\u00dfen teilen. Die neue Idee ist nun, dieses Prinzip auch \u00fcber die Materialkosten hinaus auf weitere preisrelevante Bereiche auszuweiten, zum Beispiel auf Energie- und Personalkosten oder die Lieferlaufzeiten. Wichtig dabei ist, dass die Vertragsgestaltung auf Daten beruht. Zu Beginn sollten daher die eigenen Herstellkosten analysiert werden, um die relevanten Kostentreiber identifizieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Die Kunst besteht darin, sich mit dem Abnehmer auf die richtigen Indizes zu einigen und diese dann zu verhandeln.
