Viele Unternehmen planen trotz Krise Gro\u00dfinvestitionen und investieren ihr Geld in neue Produktionswerke oder B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude. Solche komplexen Vorhaben sprengen im Projektverlauf h\u00e4ufig ihren finanziellen Rahmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein Beispiel aus unserer Praxis: Ein erfolgreiches, mittelst\u00e4ndisches Unternehmen w\u00e4chst und plant den Bau eines neuen Produktionswerks. F\u00fcr die Umsetzung f\u00fchrt der Einkauf eine Ausschreibung durch und fragt mehrere Generalunternehmen (GU) an. Nach der Ausschreibung vergehen Monate bis zur Beauftragung. Inzwischen haben die angefragten GUs – nicht ganz \u00fcberraschend – die Preise massiv erh\u00f6ht. Der banale Fehler: Der Einkauf hatte erstmal nur unverbindliche Preisindikationen abgefragt, aber kein Preis-Kommitment vereinbart. In der Folge stimmte die ganze Kalkulation f\u00fcr das Gro\u00dfprojekt nicht mehr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das ist nur einer von vielen m\u00f6glichen Fehlern, die Unternehmen bei Gro\u00dfinvestitionen machen k\u00f6nnen und die die Preise des Projekts in die H\u00f6he treiben.
