Euro wurden der Bundesnetzagentur f\u00fcr insgesamt vier Fl\u00e4chen geboten. Solche Summen investieren Unternehmen \u2013 in diesem Fall BP und Total Energies \u2013, wenn sie einen klaren Wettbewerbsvorteil sehen. Doch ist der Fall tats\u00e4chlich so klar? Denn kaum einen Monat darauf stoppte der schwedische Vattenfall-Konzern sein Offshore-Projekt und schrieb mehr als 700 Mio. Euro ab. Seine Lizenz stammte aus dem Jahr 2022.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Katharina Weber zeigt im Interview auf, wo im aktuellen Auktionsmodell Fallstricke f\u00fcr Unternehmen liegen und wie der Staat mit leicht ver\u00e4nderten Ausschreibungsregeln Verz\u00f6gerungen wie Baustopps verhindern kann. Verz\u00f6gerungen, die sich angesichts der engen Zeitvorgaben sehr negativ auf die deutschen Klima- und Nachhaltigkeitsziele auswirken k\u00f6nnen: Um bis 2030 80 Prozent des Bruttostromverbrauchs aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen zu decken und bis 2045 Klimaneutralit\u00e4t zu erreichen, sind die Offshore-Windparks unverzichtbar.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tatsache ist: Alle Beteiligten brauchen mehr Sicherheit, was Planung, Kosten und Nutzen betrifft. Katharina Weber hat einen konkreten Vorschlag, wie sie sich durch ver\u00e4nderte Vergabepr\u00e4missen w\u00e4hrend der Auktionen erreichen lassen.
