Bei vergleichbarer T\u00e4tigkeit, Qualifikation und Erwerbsbiografie sinkt er zwar auf 6 Prozent, dennoch bleibt er bestehen.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6ffentliche Aufmerksamkeit f\u00fcr das Thema Entgeltgleichheit ist zwar hilfreich, sie reicht aber nicht. Wichtig ist, auch selbst Hebel in Bewegung zu setzen, die eigenen M\u00f6glichkeiten zu nutzen und die Situation aktiv zu gestalten.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der offensichtlichste Hebel: die Gehaltsverhandlung.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch wie jede Verhandlung kann auch die Gehaltsverhandlung Fallstricke bergen, die es zu vermeiden gilt.
