Denn Vorst\u00e4nde leiden in der Regel nicht unter mangelndem Ego. Den brauchen sie auch, erstens um so hochzukommen und zweitens, um das Unternehmen gegen\u00fcber Konkurrenten zu behaupten. Fatal wird es nur, wenn sich die Konkurrenz gegen die anderen Vorstandsmitglieder richtet, obwohl sie wirtschaftlichen Aufgaben nur gemeinschaftlich anpacken k\u00f6nnen. Aber in der Tat gibt es eine erschreckend hohe Anzahl an Vorstandsmitgliedern, die nur eigene Ziele verfolgen, statt sich dem Wohl des Unternehmens zu widmen.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
