Die Zerst\u00f6rung eines Werks des Automobilzulieferers ZF durch das Hochwasser im Ahrtal f\u00fchrte dazu, dass das Unternehmen die Fabrik aufgeben und an anderer Stelle neu errichten wird, da die neuen Versicherungspr\u00e4mien im Hochwassergebiet nicht tragbar seien. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die Abwicklung \u201cnormaler\u201d Schadensf\u00e4lle f\u00fcr Versicherungen zum Tagesgesch\u00e4ft geh\u00f6rt, sind die Claims-Abteilungen mit der Dimension solcher F\u00e4lle herausgefordert. Es fehlen tiefgreifende Verhandlungserfahrung und klare Ziele, aber vor allem strukturierte Prozesse.
