Dieser Frage widmeten sich Yurda Burghardt sowie Dr. Fieke Harinck und Dr. Wolfgang Steinel von der niederl\u00e4ndischen Universit\u00e4t Leiden in einer gemeinsamen Studie, \u00fcber die der Harvard Business Manager in seiner aktuellen Ausgabe berichtet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr Unternehmen k\u00f6nnen Verhandlungen von elementarer Bedeutung sein \u2013 sei es im Einkauf, im Vertrieb oder anderen kritischen Unternehmensverhandlungen. Neben ausgefeilter Vorbereitung spielt die Zusammensetzung des Verhandlungsteams eine entscheidende Rolle.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kern der Studie ist eine Umfrage unter F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften aus Einkauf, Vertrieb und General Management. Das Ergebnis: Sehr erfolgreiche Verhandlungsteams, die ihre Verhandlungsziele zu mehr als 100 Prozent erreichten, waren diverser zusammengesetzt als nur durchschnittlich oder weniger erfolgreiche Teams. Dabei untersucht die Studie die Relevanz von Geschlecht, Alter, Stellung in der Hierarchie sowie dem funktionellen und dem kulturellen Background.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch pers\u00f6nliche Eigenschaften eines Verhandlers haben einen entscheidenden Einfluss auf das Verhandlungsergebnis.
