YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of invitations and participants
  • Diverse communication and coordination with our clients on different levels
  • Development of training documents and participant materials
  • Preparation of smaller training course content
  • Coordination of trainer availability and scheduling
  • Administration of the learning management system
  • Procurement of training equipment (hardware, software)
  • Selection and management of meeting venues, hotels and travel
  • Compilation of evaluations and analyses for our clients
  • Support in sales activities, quotes and tenders
  • Visualization of results and content
  • Maintenance of internal systems and databases
  • Handling of projects for the Academy
  • General support of the Academy and, where necessary, other teams at NAG

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • You are interested in helping executives and professionals in purchasing, sales, HR, M&A, external relations and finance develop their negotiation skills.
  • You find it exciting to help other people in their lifelong learning and to contribute to organising their learning journeys.
  • You have successfully completed your academic studies in business education, business administration, economics (university or university of applied sciences) or commercial vocational training and you have several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in the management of advanced training, learning & development and training.
  • You have a strong abstraction ability and are able to quickly navigate complex and changing structures.
  • You demonstrate a combination of personality, sensitivity in dealing with clients, organisational and time management skills, and a talent for working in a team.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English (business fluency – levels C1 to C2), and these and possibly other foreign languages provide you with the foundation for a successful start in this role.
  • Your analytical abilities are supported by excellent MS Office skills.
  • You are experienced in using virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
  • Experience in using online learning systems (LMS) is an advantage.
  • It goes without saying that you are both highly flexible and always ready to travel.
