The Negotiation Advisory Group GmbH (NAG) is the leading B2B negotiation consultancy in Europe. Our two founders have realised their vision: to support our customers in important and critical negotiations based on the still largely unknown methods of game theory and behavioural economics. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- You are responsible for advising and supporting customers with regard to the scheduled trainings.
- You plan and organize location, time and participants of virtual and face-to-face academy workshops and company-specific programs (further training programs, in-house workshops, consulting projects in the context of executive education).
- You work closely with various departments, such as Marketing and Sales in the area of sales campaigns and controlling.
- You are responsible for managing and planning trainer deployment.
- You drive feedback management and proactively collect feedback from the participants.
- You are responsible for the creation of brochures in cooperation with external agencies, the development and maintenance of the e-learning as well as the CRM data maintenance.
- You monitor the planned budget including documentation and accounting.
- You think “outside the box” and provide ideas for topics, savings potentials and process optimizations, so as other topics that advance our Academy.
What you need to succeed:
- You have completed your academic studies, preferably with a focus on marketing, communication science, event management or a similar field. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- You have excellent project management and event planning skills, ideally in an international context.
- Ideally, you have knowledge in technology-oriented marketing.
- You shine with an assertive, independent and professional manner as well as creativity, goal- and result-orientation.
- You enjoy friendly cooperation and have a sense of humor.
- You are flexible and customer-oriented and are willing to travel.
- You have good MS Office skills (Word, Powerpoint and Excel).
- You are business fluent in written and spoken English and German. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
