Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- You are responsible for the office support of the locations Düsseldorf, Mannheim, Frankfurt and Berlin and therefore the first contact person for our employees regarding all questions around the office.
- You will strengthen our office management and take on administrative and organizational tasks – this includes the disposition of office materials and the regular inventory of external and internal equipment at several locations, as well as the coordination and organization of facility management issues and external service providers.
- You are responsible for travel and fleet management and drive the further development or improvement of travel processes.
- As our Head of Team Events, you are responsible for the planning, preparation and execution of various team and customer events (including trips abroad lasting several days), including independent budget planning.
- You support the onboarding of new employees.
- As a feel-good manager, the well-being of your colleagues is very important to you. With proactivity and a lot of creativity, you implement appropriate measures to constantly improve the experience for our colleagues.
What you need to succeed:
- You have completed commercial training (e.g. as an office management assistant or event management assistant) or have a comparable qualification.
- You already have relevant professional experience in office and/or feel-good management or have several years of experience in the service-oriented field.
- You have strong organizational and communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
- You are flexible and customer-oriented and are willing to travel.
- You like to work on your own initiative and independently. Even with parallel tasks you always keep a cool head.
- You are confident in the use of common MS Office tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- You have a very good command of German and a good command of written and spoken English.
