Senior Project Manager Negotiation Management (m/f/x).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In your role as Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for completing our large-scale complex negotiation and tender projects and you use your extensive practical experience to guide your project teams to a successful project outcome.
  • You are responsible for the planning and development of game theory-based negotiation strategies, you manage several projects at the same time, and you bear full responsibility for all processes and results.
  • Together with your project team, you conduct negotiations and advise our clients on complex tender processes, while being responsible for strategy development and quality assurance in your role as the company’s face to the customer.
  • You are actively involved in shaping the customer management process as part of your leadership role.
  • With your experience in game theory-based negotiation, you help to further develop our game theory and behavioural economics methodology.
  • You adopt an entrepreneurial perspective, enabling you to oversee and conduct acquisition activities yourself in coordination with your respective partner.
  • You impart your game theory know-how to our clients’ negotiators in training and coaching sessions.
  • Collaborating with the team, you communicate the latest scientific methods and join us in pursuing the aim of continuing to establish game theory-based thinking in the business world.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • You have completed your academic studies very successfully, preferably in one of the following fields: business administration, economics, mathematics, industrial engineering or psychology.
  • On top of that, you have several years of practical experience in game theory-based negotiation in industry or consulting and a track record with references from several high-volume negotiations in different industries.
  • You know how to lead, you have in-depth expertise in project management and you are extremely familiar with the methods of modern negotiations.
  • You have a strong abstraction ability and are able to quickly navigate complex structures.
  • You have a good command of German and English (business fluency – levels C1 to C2), and your resumé ideally includes international work experience.
  • You are a professional with a solid personality, you apply sensitivity and a service mentality to your client interactions and you have excellent communication skills, along with a strong team player attitude.
  • It goes without saying that you are both highly flexible and always ready to travel.
