The Negotiation Advisory Group GmbH (NAG) is the leading B2B negotiation consultancy in Europe. Our two founders have realised their vision: to support our customers in important and critical negotiations based on the still largely unknown methods of game theory and behavioural economics. With our concept we want to establish a new standard for negotiating in the future. We support our clients in critical and complex negotiation projects in order to achieve the best negotiation result possible. Our 50 international experts have conducted over 2,900 negotiation projects with a volume of over 25 Mrd. €. We are situated in Düsseldorf, Mannheim, Frankfurt and Berlin. Our customers include international corporations as well as medium-sized companies.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • As a key element of our organization you help us market our best-in-class consulting solutions by actively supporting our sales team in the background.
  • You are responsible for handling inbound written and telephone customer inquiries and tender documents.
  • You create customized customer and proposal presentations and structure the needs of our target customers.
  • You are responsible for coordinating the pitches and the creation of tender documents in cooperation with the sales team and the consulting experts.
  • You design and support the sales initiatives and campaigns and assist us in acquiring new leads.
  • You are responsible for monitoring and analyzing our sales-pipeline with respect to the KPIs.
  • You are in charge of implementing sustainable after-sales measures.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have profound sales knowledge from the sales area of a management consultancy.
  • Even with a heavy workload, you are always confident and maintain an overview of your area of responsibility.
  • You are self-confident, want to make a difference and convince your business partners with your personality.
  • You are accustomed to working confidently in common CRM systems.
  • You have excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
  • You are business fluent in German and English.
